How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

All other orders ship at a flat rate of $6.95, calculated at checkout.

What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?

I ship to the address provided at checkout. If that address is incorrect or the package is returned to me as undeliverable, you'll have the option to pay for shipping again so I can resend it, or receive a refund for the product minus the original shipping cost.

My order arrived and something's wrong, now what?

Occasionally mistakes happen. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email me right away so I can make it right.

Returns

General merchandise (tea towels, napkins, stationery, home goods)

All sales are final. Each piece is created with exceptional care and inspected before shipment. Should you receive a damaged piece, please contact me and my team here.

Original Art

Returns on original paintings and commissioned artwork are not accepted. I know that purchasing original art online is a big decision, so I'm always happy to send additional photos or videos to help. Please keep in mind that colors can look different from screen to screen, so viewing on more than one monitor is a good idea.

Classes

All class purchases are non-refundable. If something comes up and you can't make it, you have two options: apply your purchase toward a future class, or transfer your spot to someone else. Just reach out before the class date and I'll take care of it.
